| Quiet Location (Vancouver) $450 My fiance and I are looking for a roommate in the Minehaha area of Vancouver(NE). We have had several roommates in the past, and now we are left alone to cover the rent. Unfortunatly, we cannot do that on our own.
My fiance and I are new parents to a beauitful 5 month old boy. This is my first child, so I am really trying to make a go of it. The apartment is already furnished, except for the room we are renting. We have Comcast internet and phone, and the cable comes through the house with no extra charge. We even have a computer that can be used by anyone in the house. The apartment also has a washer/dryer in the bathroom so no running to a laundry room. We have 2 cats that are really well behaved, and cannot see having anymore animals.
From the apartment we can overlook Portland, and on a clear day, we can see all three of the major mountains in the area. We are in a quiet area, with no major streets nearby, and the bus system (C-Tran) is a 15 minute walk away.
The need to find a roommate fast is strong. We need one by the first of December, to help out with the rent at that time.
